Delicious Food
For Delicious Women 2 cups Fresh Cooked Rice
2 tbsp Furikake
1 tsp Sesame Oil
1. Combine all three ingredients.
2. Shape into round balls with your hands.
2 lbs Flank Steak, cut into strips
4 cloves garlic, minced
3 stalks green onion, sliced to 2 inch pieces
2 tbsp sugar
¼ cup soy sauce
2 ½ tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 onion, sliced
Combine all ingredients in a Ziploc bag. Marinate overnight, turning bag over often.
1.Warm up a cast iron skillet using medium high heat.
2.Once the skillet starts to smoke a bit, add the entire contents of the Ziploc Bag.
3.Stir Fry for approximately 10 minutes or until meat is all the way done.
4.Serve.
